THIS NPDD VERSION WAS DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR CIVILIANS, IT IS A LESS POWERFUL VERSION OF OUR POLICE/LE HIGH BANG NPDD.
 
The NPDD is an easily  reloadable replacement for conventional Flash/Bang diversionary devices, but it has several distinct advantages.
